Spark + Pentade (Thermopatch) labelprinter

For this printer use the printer-driver:
Epson LQ-870 ESC PS/2

If another driver is used like the 'Epson LQ-860' the printer is not cutting the labels.

Special notes:
--------------

1) Set the printer-quality to '180 x 180' in the printer-driver. If not the barcodes will be printed
very badly!

2) The paper-height can have a minimum height of 1.26 CM (1/2 INCH) when using Windows 98. But
when you are using Windows 2000/XP the minimum height is 2.54 CM (1 INCH)!

3) This printer uses a left-margin of about 40 mm. This means you have to define a paper-size that includes this left-margin. For example, if the paper-size should be 88 x 30 mm, you must define it as 128 x 30 mm.
You also must include this left-margin in the layout you create with SparkPrint. This is also explained in the Spark-manual.
